The dress is made out of 4 way stretch white lycra and is fully lined front and back. The dress is decorated with an appliqued design of sparkle blue velvet on the front and back of the dress. The skirt is made with the same white lycra as the bodice and features a drop waist, the skirt is slightly longer in the front and back than on the sides. The top neckine is made out of nude mesh with the applique design and rhinestones.
The entire dress is decorated with over 250 swarovski rhinestones (20ss size) in a light and dark shade of blue, as well as over 200 czech rhinestones (16ss size) in a crystal color.
