This skating dress is made out of black velvet with a silver flower design. The flat skirt is made out of the same velvet and is longer in the back. The upper bodice is made with black stretch mesh and has long flounce sleeves. The front of the dress is lined. This dress is decorated with over 50 rhinestones.
