This one sleeved skating dress is made out of a deep red velvet. The front of the dress is lined. It has a full circle skirt made out of black chiffon with a velvet flower burnout design on it, the edge of the skirt is finished with a rolled hem. The neckline of the dress and the shoulder straps are adorned with tons of rhinestones. A matching scrunchie is included.
