This skating dress is made out of blue glitter velvet with an appliqued swirl design with light blue sparkle lycra. The skirt is 2 layer of a traditional style with the top skirt cut into a petal hem. This dress is accented with sequins and rhinestones on the bodice as well as a rhinestone on the end of each petal. A matching scrunchie is included.
