This halter style skating dress is made out of burgandy sparkle velvet. It has a 2 layer skirt, the top layer has a petal finish on the hem and accented with rhinestones. and the bottom layer is traditional full skirt in pink sparkle lycra. The front of the dress is accented with appliques, sequins and rhinestones. The front of the dress is lined. A matching scrunchie is included.
