This camisole style skating dress is made out of blue velvet. It has a point skirt made of blue fabric with a sparkle print. The front of the dress is lined. The dress has ruffled ties that start at the front and go to the back with elastic straps underneath for added support. The neckline is accented with rhinestones. A matching scrunchie is included.
