This skating dress is made out of a light blue glitter slinky and white mesh. The skirt is a 2 layer point skirt with the underlayer a light blue chiffon and the top layer white chiffon. The long sleeves are also accented with a 2 layer point ruffle. The front of the dress is lined and is accented with rhinestones. A matching scrunchie is included.
