This skating dress is made out of pink sparkle velvet and pink velvet, it has 1 sleeve with a velvet ruffle. The skirt is a flat panel style with one side longer than the other and the front of the dress is lined. The skirt hem and straps are accented with rhinestones. A matching scrunchie is included.
