This skating dress is made out of purple velvet with 2 straps in the back. The front of the dress is lined and is accented with tons of rhinestones and sequins in a wave pattern on the front and back. The skirt is a 2 layer skirt, the bottom layer is white chiffon and the top layer is purple velvet which has been cut into strips. Each strip is accented with a sequin. A matching scrunchie is included.
