This high neck skate dress is made of burgandy velvet and a burgandy lace, it has a gathering detail on the front bodice that crosses over the upper bodice. Rhinestones accent the front of the dress. The skirt is a double layer with the lace coming up on an angle on one side with attached swirls of fabric at the side. A matching scrunchie is included.
