Rhythmic Suits: 4-6 weeks for construction

Skating Dresses: 2-3 weeks for construction

Gymnastics Apparel: 3-5 days for construction

Shipping & Delivery Information

All of our items are made to order. Gymnastic leotards and skating skirts usually take 2-3 business days for construction. Rhythmic leotards usually take 2-3 weeks for construction and skating dresses usually take 1-2 weeks for construction.  Items are then shipped and shipping times vary depending on your location.  Please note that shipping times are only approximate times and are out of our control. Please allow yourself enough time for the items to be shipped.   Shipping times within Canada vary from 3 days upto 2 weeks depending on items ordered and shipping method chosen.  All international items take at least 2 weeks for standard shipping. If you require a quicker shipping time, please inquire about rates. Please note, that during high volume periods these timelines will increase and we will post the most current construction timelines for you.  We do pride ourselves on getting you the items on time for your competition. Please let us know when your competition is and we will work with you to get your garment there on time.

Paypal:

All clients may use paypal to pay for their items.  Please use the shopping cart to purchase your item and then follow the prompts to pay with paypal.

Money Orders:

Money orders are only accepted from Canadian clients.  Please use the shopping cart to purchase your item and then click on the "pay via paypal link" at the bottom of the order screen.  This will take you to a second page that gives you the total amount owing and your order number.  At this point exit the screen and do not go further with the paypal payment.  Please send us an email with your order number and letting us know that you would like to pay with a money order and we will send you the payment instructions.

Local Pickup:

Local pickup for the items is available.  Please make an appointment with us to schedule a time.    

*** UPDATED *** Return/Exchange Policy:

• You may return a catalog item (ie. training leotards & shorts) for an exchange only within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Please take measurements carefully and check the sizing chart.  Please email us if you need help finding the correct size.
• All items must have original tags in them and must not be washed, used, soiled or altered.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges will be billed to the customer for any exchanges.
• All exchanges must be authorized by Elementz Dancewear, please email us to let us know there is a problem with your purchase.
• All CUSTOM ORDERS (this includes all rhythmic leotards, competitive gymnastics leotards and other custom order items not found on our website) are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged.  If there is a manufacturing defect in the item, the item will be repaired at our expense.
