Registration for Fall 2008

to secure your spot in one of our classes. 

In your e-mail please give the following information:

• your daughter's full name
• birth date and current age
• preferred class day and time

A confirmation e-mail will be sent back to you.  The confirmation e-mail will hold the space for your daughter in the class indicated.  A registration form will be given to you at the first class.  Payment and the registration form are due at the end of the first class.  THANK YOU!
