My daughter has never taken any gymnastics or dance classes. Can she join in?   Recreational programs are open to all girls regardless of their skill level or ability. Anyone who is interested is welcome to join our classes! Do I need to purchase any equipment for my daughter?  No, all equipment which is needed for the class is provided for recreational participants for use during the class.  Do I have to purchase a training outfit? No. The membership fee covers the cost of a club training suit.  Additionally, participants can wear shorts and a t-shirt, leggings and a bodysuit or anything that is comfortable to move in.

Will my daughter be involved in a performance?  Yes. All athletes participate in our club shows.  These shows are scheduled at the end of each recreational session and will also showcase our competitive athletes. Where does the show take place?  Our shows are held in the gymnasium at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Secondary School in Meadowvale.  Is there a fee to watch the show?  Yes.  There is a small fee of $5.00 per person to help offset the cost of renting the gymnasium.  Gymnasts who are participating do not pay.  A reduced rate for children and seniors is offered.

What if my daughter shows interest in a more advanced program? Rhythmics Mississauga offers pre-competitive, elite and competitive programs. Athletes with interest and ability will be transferred to more advanced groups after consultation with parents and coaches.
